How to submit a paper to COMMUNE ?

What's the requirement of the paper format?

Please click on "Paper Submission" in column "Registration" for detailed instructions.

What's the limit for page counts?

Normally COMMUNE accept a paper no more than 6 pages. If the paper is more than 6 pages, then extra fee will be required. Except the best papers, most papers are strictly required to be no more than 6 pages.

How many papers can be submitted by each account?

An author may submit more than one paper. However, registration fee mentioned is for one paper. If more than one paper of an author is accepted, each paper has to be registered individually and fee has to be paid for each.

Can I submit the paper to other journals or conferences?

No, you can't.

Could someone without papers attend the conference?

Yes, you are welcome to attend the conference. For the sake of convenience, you'd better pay the registration fee in advance.

Is there financial support to visit this conference?

COMMUNE does not offer any financial support to attend this conference.

Are there any fellowships available for PhD students?

At present there are no PhD fellowships available, but some teachers may have vacancies for PhD scholars.

Who may attend the conference?

All persons interested in the Electronics, Computer Engineering fields are encouraged to attend the conference.

Attendees are encouraged to apply for a VISA no later than three (1) months prior to the conference. Please consult your nearest visa assistance.

Papers must be presented by authors through oral presentations (Physical or Virtual). However, requests of authors to present the papers through posters will be considers and the authors will be informed through mail.
